We offer delivery of all items according to the terms outlined below.  To ensure the quickest delivery, your purchase may arrive in multiple shipments.   • Timeliness: We work diligently to ship your items in a timely manner. Items ship as they are available, typically within 2 business days of the original order.
  • Delivery Confirmation: Once each item has been fulfilled by the designer, you will receive an email confirming your items are on their way. This email will include a tracking number allowing you to check the status of your order by logging into your account and checking your order history page. 
  • Our designers are located all around the world and will ship your items directly to you from their location so please know the arrival dates may vary depending upon where the designer is located and where you are having the items delivered. As always, if you have any questions about your order, our Concierge Team is standing by to assist.
  • Non-Receipt of Goods in Time: If you receive your item beyond the stipulated 45 days we will issue store credit for the full cost of the item, and you get to keep the original item.
  • Product Availability: We make every effort to display current and accurate product inventory online. If you ordered an item and the product’s availability changes, we will notify you directly. 
  • Delay Shipping: We understand that under certain circumstances you may prefer to delay the arrival date of your order. We’re happy to accommodate you if this is the case. However, please note our policy requires storage fees after 30 days. Contact us if you would like us to delay shipment.
